Who is this intruder? There’s a raven at your front door and as soon as you try to go out, it swoops down on you. So, you decide to stay indoors. The damn bird won´t leave. You hear it squawking. You close the windows. It is now pecking at doors and windows. You lock yourself in your room in the hope that it will disappear. However, its squawks just get louder.

The next day you try something different. You open all the doors and windows, and just in case, you stay in your room. The raven comes in. You hear it moving around quite gently and its squawks become a kind of chattering. You manage to get out of your hiding place and go to meet the intruder. When you look at it straight in the eye, to your surprise, it doesn’t get agitated, on the contrary, it calms down. You feel that you already know each other. As time goes by, the more you allow the Raven in, the more peaceful it becomes. And there are even days, when you open the windows and a breeze of relief and confidence enters.
